The pace is slower allowing you to work more on the alignment of each pose, while focusing on the breath. Variations and modifications are given for both easier and more challenging poses. Each class will vary as each teacher brings their own unique style to the class. All levels are accommodated in this class.

Vinyasa Power Flow classes do not follow a set sequence of postures -- each class is unique and will vary from teacher to teacher. You can always expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work (pranayama).

These classes are appropriate for active beginners through to advanced students. Modified versions of more challenging postures will always be given. Be sure to work at your own pace, and take breaks whenever you feel the need. Come and be inspired!

This open-level class is designed to give you a complete workout- with many options to modify as needed. Various circuit stations with specific exercises will build total body strength & target the core, while increasing balance and endurance. All levels are welcome! Please wear running shoes.

This eclectic class will explore variations of sun salutations, standing and seated poses, along with body balancing. Modifications will be provided for postures to enhance flexibility, alignment, and strength to make this class accessible for all. Connecting the breath with the movement of the body during the “flow” of yoga and deepening into the “stretch” allows energy to flow and provides relaxation for the busy mind.

Not recommended for pregnant women.

This class is designed for individuals wishing to strengthen the back, relax neck & shoulders, tone the extremities (hands arms, legs & feet), bring flexibility to joints and build abdominal/core stability. Through a series of slow stretches and poses based on proper body alignment; using props for support and comfort, we will move through all areas of the body to gently find opening and make space in the body by lengthening muscles and gently stretching joints through movement. Bi-products of this practice include improved breath awareness encouraging stress reduction and enhancing the ability to relax.

We practice being “present” in our bodies and working within their given limits to stretch and strengthen the body while balancing our energies. This yoga practice is open to all level of practitioners; no previous yoga experience is required.
