Competitive climbing is on track to make its debut in the 2020 Olympics. It's an incredibly exciting and captivating sport to watch, drawing the highest number of spectators at the Teva Mountain Games.
Climber's Rock hosts many local, regional, and national competitions. We were home to back-to-back Regionals in 2009 and 2010 for Eastern Canada Youth competitors. In 2009 Summer Sweat Fest was launched here. In 2011, Climber's Rock hosted the National championships for Tour de Bloc season 8.

Our facility draws many top athletes in the sport. Check out some of the incredible moments shot on our climbing walls. Members of the Climber's Rock youth competitive team train hard, and the results show. Most (if not all) are ranked in the top ten for their age group in Canada. Athletes join the team by invitation, mainly from our youth climbing programs.
Our team coaches have strong backgrounds as athletes with years of experience developing programs and learning techniques to prepare youth for competitive sports. In addition to climbing, they all have diverse backgrounds in a variety of different sports.
