A climbing party for kids at Climber's Rock is an experience they'll talk about for a long time. We'll make sure your event is organized, safe, and (most importantly) totally AWESOME!
Required: One staff instructor for every 4 children age 13 & under. (1:6 ratio allowed for children older than 13, however they won't get as much climbing as with a 1:4 ratio). You're welcome to hire as many staff as are available.
Includes 2 hours of climbing for the kids and all harness rentals. Climbing shoes (rental) are available but not required. Parents are welcome to try a climb for the cost of a rental harness or climb all they like for the price of a discount day pass.
Climbing parties are NOT recommended for children under the age of 8. Based on our experience, children under the age of 8 attending parties do not get the same enjoyment from our climbing walls that older kids do! (our walls are a bit too high for them...)
We highly recommend Lil' Monkeys just down the street for the little ones. Our gym is great for older kids who are getting to big for the playground!
All climbers UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18) must have their PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN sign the liability waiver for their first visit. Minors who show up for a climbing party or lesson without a properly signed waiver (by their PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN) will not be allowed to participate. Sorry, no exceptions.

A. faxed to 905-633-7628
B. scanned and emailed to waiver@climbersrock.com
C. brought in or completed at the gym
Reserve a date/time for your climbing party by calling (905) 633-7625 M-F between the hours of 9am and 4pm.
Our party reservations typically fill up 2 or 3 weeks in advance, so please call early. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposit must be received within 24 hours of reservation to hold time slot. Deposit is fully refundable for cancellations up until 7 days before the reserved date. Cancellations occuring within 7 days of reserved date are non-refundable.
If you want to save some money and/or win some hero points, we'll teach you in advance how to work the ropes for your children and their party friends.
Once you take our 90 minute Intro lesson you are free to arrange a group outing or climbing party whenever you like. Why pay our instructors to belay for your kids when it's easy for you to learn? (and get all the glory...) Don't worry, climbing is "optional" for this lesson!
