When a health club or fitness gym asks this question, are they asking if you're committed to your own well being, or to theirs?
At Climber's Rock, we believe memberships should be commitment-free. We don't think it's fair to ask you to "commit" to lengthy terms or contracts just to get the best prices on the services we offer. We do like to reward those who use our facility more often simply because it's more cost-effective to service repeat customers than it is to find new ones. However, we understand that things don't always go as planned for everyone...
Why should you have to continue to pay for something if you're unable to use it? It's a simple question and for us, the answer is equally as simple: you shouldn't.
When you sign up for any of our memberships, you pay only for what you use. Cancel anytime, for any reason, no matter how long you signed up for.

Send an email to membership at climbersrock dot com. Include your name, membership #, and stop date.
Some people like to explain "why". Although unnecessary, feel free to share anything with us, good or bad, so we can continue to improve our services for everyone.
If you're a monthly EFT member, your membership will automatically expire the day before the next billing date and you will no longer be billed.
If you're a prepaid member, we'll take a look at your usage and calculate what your membership would have cost at regular prices and refund the difference. For example, if you purchased a 12 month membership and were only able to use it for 3 months, we'll refund the difference between the cost of a regular 3 month membership and what you paid for your 12 month membership.
Our ultimate goal is to provide a facility and services that people enjoy and never want to leave. If you are unhappy with us or our gym for any reason, please let us know why and give us a chance to make it right.
If we can't make you happy, we'll refund your current membership dues in full.
